The City of Hartford is the capital of the State of Connecticut and the
second largest city in the state with a metropolitan area population of
1.2 million. Hartford is centrally located between New York City and
Boston, both of which are less than 100 miles from the Central Business
District. The Hartford MSA is comprised of three counties, Hartford,
Middlesex and Tolland.
